The ADHD Assessment, for students aged 4 to 18 years, evaluates DSM‑5 clinical dimensions including Inattention, Hyperactivity/Impulsivity, Conduct Disorder, and Anxiety/Depression, Oppositional Defiant Disorder. This assessment must be completed by the student’s class teacher.
