Our Story

Founded in 2015, the Center for Learning Disabilities (CLD) was established to address a critical gap in Ghana's educational landscape: the lack of accessible, professional assessment services for children with learning differences.

Our founders, a group of experienced psychologists and educators, recognized that many Ghanaian children with dyslexia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other learning challenges were going undiagnosed or misunderstood. This led to frustration, academic struggles, and unrealized potential.

Today, CLD is proud to serve families across Ghana from our center in Weija, Accra. We've conducted hundreds of assessments and helped countless children discover their strengths and develop strategies for success. Our team combines international best practices with cultural sensitivity, ensuring that every assessment is thorough, compassionate, and relevant to the Ghanaian context.
